Our team recently completed a digital signage project for both Cedar Rapids locations of Orange Leaf. The goal was to enhance the customer experience and improve in-store marketing through the use of dynamic digital menu boards.

Project Highlights:

  1. Digital Signage System: We supplied Brightsign digital signage media players and provided comprehensive training to the store owner on how to effectively use the system. These media players allow for easy updates and remote management, ensuring that the content remains fresh and relevant.
  2. Display Installation: For the southwest location, we supplied and installed three Samsung 50" commercial displays, designed to deliver crisp, vibrant visuals. The northeast store, which already had displays from a previous installation, was integrated into the new system, ensuring consistency across both locations.
  3. Network Integration: We integrated the media players into the store's network, enabling remote access for updates and management. This allows for seamless content changes and real-time updates to promotions and product offerings.
  4. Impact on Customer Engagement: The new digital menu boards have significantly enhanced the store's visual aesthetic, making it more appealing to customers. Additionally, they have helped to inform customers about products they might not have known were available, while also opening new opportunities for advertising incentives and promotions.
